Our Group, Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (formerly known as Boon Koon Group Berhad) (CHGP), was established in 1977 and was listed on the KLSE (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) in 2004 as an investment holding company with subsidiaries and associated companies engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of rebuilt and new commercial vehicles, fabrication of bodyworks, fleet management, and other services.

The Chiau family founded Chin Hin Group Bhd as a homegrown building materials producer.
Year 1995
The Company entered the cement trading & established themselves in the building materials market.
Year 2016
The privately held company made its debut on the Malaysian stock exchange, Bursa Malaysia.

A joint-venture project with Eupe Corp Bhd, Novum @ Bangsar South is a condominium with three storeys on a 3-acre freehold property.
The project has a GDV of RM555 million and 729 units with prices ranging from RM720,000 to RM1.73 million, or an average price per square foot of RM900.
The built-up areas of the units range from 647 to 1,441 square feet.
AERA Residences @ PJS5
The Aera Residences project, on the other hand, is an RM300 million serviced apartment building with 752 units ranging in size from 718 to 1,010 square feet.
Prices range from RM370,000 to RM600,000, or RM500 per square foot.

8th and Stellar is in the established Bandar Baru Sri Petaling neighbourhood, with proximity to the planned Taman Naga Emas MRT station.
